One of the best people in the people business! The reason Austin stands out above all the other agents is because he answers his phone when you call! We never got voice mail. Excellent service! And the best part was we got 50k over asking price!

Tawni was great all around. She worked overtime to make sure everything went smoothly. So much appreciation for her!

Sadie and her colleagues were fantastic to work with! I did not know the area well and Sadie helped me understand the local market and showed me numerous building options in McCall. She was very transparent about market conditions and pricing expectations and was extremely patient and thoughtful in preparing an offer and following up on required diligence and purchase conditions. As an experienced real estate professional, I wholeheartedly recommend Sadie!

Curtis is Honest and Genuine. He doesn't try to over-sell anything. He simply presents all options. If I asked a question he didn't know the answer to he would find out the answer and get back to me.

I can’t recommend our agent highly enough. From our first conversation, she was focused on understanding exactly what we needed and worked tirelessly to find us the right home. Her advice was honest, well-informed, and always in our best interest. She steered us toward the right decisions and away from the wrong ones, and we never felt pressured. She also has an impressive network of contacts, from lenders and inspectors to contractors, and every introduction she made was valuable and made the process smoother. When something came up, she handled it quickly and kept us informed at every step. In all my years, I’ve never met a more motivated real estate agent. She went above and beyond at every turn, and we ended up in a home we love because of her effort. If you’re buying or selling, call her first. You won’t regret it.
