Our house was not an easy sell, plus it was a cold market. But Jaci had good ideas, she was tenacious, and kept us on the front burner. She had multiple times showing to area RE agents to keep it on their minds. She did some out-of-area advertising, as many potential clients were not local. Jaci is very knowledgeable. But most important to us, she stayed on the project. She is not content to just list the house and wait for response. We needed that with our hard to sell house, and she delivered.
