He would meet people at the property for us because we lived 2 hours away. He gave us references for local companies. He was always prompt and went above and beyond.

Thanks albero for you hard work ans for make this dream come true

Aaron was a God-send for sure. He knew everything about the industry and what would be the best decision in each and every situation. The home we sold could have been an extremely difficult sale, but he handled it with ease. It sold quickly and his team worked hard to insure every detail was taken care of. We are so grateful that he was our realtor.

Aaron was an amazing realtor from start to finish. He was patient and supportive when we changed our priorities midway through, adjusting without missing a beat. His knowledge of the area was a huge asset, and he shared insights that helped us understand the neighborhoods, not just the listing, He was also incredibly responsive, replying within the hour even during dinner or in the evening. We asked the same questions more than once and flip-flopped on decisions, and Aaron never lost patience. When things got stressful during closing, he stayed calm and assured us he had it handled, and he did, nothing fell through the cracks. Aaron helped us build a strong, fair offer based on facts, not emotions. When a counteroffer came back, he helped us set emotions aside and make a decision based on our actual goals. If you want a realtor who’s knowledgeable, responsive, patient and steady under pressure, Aaron is who you want in your corner. When the time comes to buy or sell again, we will absolutely be calling Aaron!

Aaron and his staff went above and beyond, understood our needs, and communicated well thru every step of the process. Aaron was patient, knowledgeable, negotiated well, and closed in record time. Aaron went above and beyond during the final walk through for us since we were not in the state and made a YouTube video for us. Aaron also helped by sending us all the relevant information to set up utilities. This was one of the most pleasant home buying experiences that we have had. Job well done.
