Our house was not an easy sell, plus it was a cold market. But Jaci had good ideas, she was tenacious, and kept us on the front burner. Her company provided 'light staging' of the interior of our home which was very attractive and greatly improved the look of the professional interior photos. The external and aerial (drone) photos were just as beautiful! During the sales experience, she navigated connections with various contractors (roofing company, window replacement, plumber, electrician, well water testing, septic system pumping, general contractor) in order to get our property in tip top shape for the market. She provided a solution to a thorny and previously unknown challenge with the property line by arranging for a survey and recording of accurate boundaries so that the buyers and neighbors would have no future problems with lot lines. She wisely helped us to set a proper price for our home (and this ended up being within 2% of the actual selling price). She gave very helpful professional advice when it came to negotiating with potential buyers and their agents - - - all the little back-and-forth details of offers and counter-offers. She always left the final decisions in our hands - we never felt coerced into any decisions by heavy-handed recommendations. Most of all, she figuratively held our hands through each step of the selling process. In our case, we had three contracts fall through (through no fault of our own and certainly no fault of Nan's) before THE right buyer showed up.
