Unforuately was out of Town for the whole process but Kasse took care of everything. Was always informed of the next steps and smoothed things over with neighbors. New I made the right decision choosing Kasse for an agent after I talked with her on the phone the 1st time.

Absolutely Amazing !!!!!! Karen went out of her way From the day we met till she handed over the keys to my home. She answered every time I called and made sure i found the home that was right for me. She talked me out of a home that i thought was "the one" and she was right, it would have been a nightmare and a money pit. And when it came to closing Karen and her partner Carly Walton were there for me and stopped the title officer right in the middle of signing because the documents that my mortgage company sent were wrong.
