Her advice on preparing our home for sale was spot on, and we didn't waste needless funds on upgrades which wouldn't have substantially increased our return on investment. She was honest with us throughout our home sale process, realistic about pricing even when it was hard to accept, and always prepared with comps and market reports to justify price adjustments. I noticed that when we had open houses or interactions with potential buyers, Melanie always came across as polished and professional, even down to her attire. Not every agent does, and in my opinion, that makes a big difference. When I (needlessly) panicked after some time had elapsed on our listing, Melanie was reassuring and calm.
