But Lauren kept working and brought more offers until we found the right buyer. There were also some issues with our condo, and Lauren helped us get to resolution, which I consider above and beyond the call. And one of the most important aspects of the sale, setting the price, was done properly. No one wants to leave money on the table, or sit there month after month waiting for the phone to ring. This takes industry and local knowledge and we felt comfortable that we were getting very good guidance. All in all, a very good experience.

Lauren Hogan was great to work with. We used Rocket Mortgage and they sent us to Lauren. She was able to help us with all our questions. On top of just buying our home we also were selling our condo. She was able to get the condo sold at the same time get our house purchased. She was always there when we needed help and answered all our questions. Very hard working and will always go out of her way for you.

From the first point of contact, Gloria was "on it"! She is engaging, hard worker, encouraging and knowledgeable. She was flexible in all ways, even to help me move furniture around to stage my home for sale! I appreciated that she continually provided market comparison reports.
