The best way for me to sum it up is that even though I did not have to pay any commission to Carol, as the buyers were without an agent as well, I gratefully paid as the help was that valuable to me. All told I would use Carol and FSBO again. I would highly recommend at least talking with her to understand the assistance she can provide, before paying a lot of commission to an agent. I'm sure market factors played a significant role in our decision to use Carol and FSBO, but Carol was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
