Jon was amazing from the start. He explained the entire process from the beginning and was always available to answer any questions we had. Once we had an offer in on the house he was very attentive and made sure everything was addressed in a timely manner. He worked very hard to make sure that this was a smooth process for us as buyers - and it was a very smooth process despite dealing with a very difficult seller.
