He knew what my vision was for my family and was able to make it happen without hesitation or 2nd thought. Having had worked with Paul on a few occasions when looking to rent and purchase property. He was and is a calming force in what could be such a tense and stressful situation. He is extremely knowledgable about the market/inventory, always asked for my (buyer) input/thoughts.
