Discourage by our luck and still determined to move out of our townhome (and away from our noisy neighbors) we decided to rent. After months of searching the renters market, what little there was, we turned our focus back to buying a new home. Spring of 2016 we put in an offer on a newly listed property and it was accepted! Additionally, our townhome went under contract within 30 days of listing.
