Our experience with Gail was great from start to finish. Buying and selling at the same time is very stressful and Gail provides updates, offers valuable insight, and touches base often to guide you through the entire process. She is a true fighter and will stand up and do what she can for her clients — She did for us on more than one occasion (..and that’s after answering my 73,215 questions 🤣). It was wonderful getting to know her on a personal basis as well. We shared many laughs and stories about life and she helped envision houses that would speak to us.

We first worked with another realtor who was barely able to get people in the door to see then property, which of course resulted in no offers. We then contacted Betsy who clearly understood the market and where our property fit. She tailored a plan for us and we quickly had three offers, one of which we accepted. Betsy was always available to answer our questions and guided us through every step of the process. If we had a second property to sell, we would unquestionably use Betsy again. We highly recommend.
