I went through Katie to buy and sell my house over a 5-year period. The excellent care and attention she paid in 2018 is the same she paid to our needs and desires this year. When I first mentioned the possibility of selling she quickly conducted a market analysis for me and provided me extremely detailed data points for consideration. As we progressed through the selling process she kept be up to date on what each item stood. When we started fielding offers, she gave great advice on each offer even informing us when a higher offer carried more risk and she opinion on the route we should take… even if it would mean a lower commission to her. She is with a doubt, a realtor who will be there for YOU. Trust her, trust her processes, she’ll get you there and won’t steer you to unnecessary stress and risk.

We brought Katie in to help us win a great deal in a seller's market. We just could not get the home we wanted in a very competitive market and reached out to a friend in the appraisal business for a recommendation on an agent which might help us. I do not think I finished asking the question when he blurted out "you need Katie!" That turned out to be absolutely true, after a short phone discussion about our needs she cleared her calendar and met us the next morning at an open house that had just been listed. As we toured the house she pointed out repairs and other potential issues known to be problems in the neighborhood and builder. By the time we made it to the third house, we felt like building inspection experts with her training. The third house was in great condition and exactly what we needed so we put in our offer that day and beat out six other day one offers thanks to how Katie structured the deal to the sellers agent. We highly recommend Katie to anyone looking in the San Antonio metro market.

Considering the timing of marketing my mom's house in Schertz (just before COVID-19) and me living 400 miles from San Antonio, Katie Griffin-Ross did an amazing job marketing and communicating with me throughout the entire process. She made herself available when I was in Schertz to pack my mom's belongings to discuss updates necessary and present market. Because of the pandemic and my limitations on travel, Katie arranged for everything that needed to be done to make updates/repairs and to satisfy the terms of the sales contract. Katie made it so easy for me to be an absentee seller and know that everything would be done and done well.
