Considering the timing of marketing my mom's house in Schertz (just before COVID-19) and me living 400 miles from San Antonio, Katie Griffin-Ross did an amazing job marketing and communicating with me throughout the entire process. She made herself available when I was in Schertz to pack my mom's belongings to discuss updates necessary and present market. Because of the pandemic and my limitations on travel, Katie arranged for everything that needed to be done to make updates/repairs and to satisfy the terms of the sales contract. Katie made it so easy for me to be an absentee seller and know that everything would be done and done well.
