I live six hours away from this rental property and going to this location to get the property ready to sell and then get it listed just wasn't feasible. So, I ended up dropping it all into Shannon's lap. She didn't hesitate to take on the challenge. She took care of all of my requests, even when I was probably being a bit annoying. She delt with all the contractors and even hired most of them for me. I was not disappointed in any of her selections. The property ended up needing a lot more work then either of us had anticipated, and I began to think it was never going to get done. However, Shannon never seemed to let it bother her, even though she was doing most of the heavy lifting, and in the end it ended up looking better than it ever did. Shannon was able to get me my ask price the day after it was listed and because the buyer was military and getting ready to go on deployment, she was able to setup a quick closing date. I was able to do the closing from home with little effort and only a couple of small issues. This could have been a nightmare situation, but thanks to Shannon it wasn't and I walked away a happy seller.
