But Ms. Shannon was always so kind and patient and made the process as smooth as possible. She explained everything to us in a way that we could understand and was there for my late night texts and early morning emails and endless questions. She just as hard as we did to find us the perfect house, and we were outbid on our first home offer, she was there to pick us back up and help us find our perfect home! She even went above and beyond after we bought our house and got us a gift and handwritten card.
