Connie D. Watson did an awesome job listing and assisting with the sale of my family's property. She was able to provide a detailed explanation of what to expect. She has extensive knowledge with real estate. As a result, she was able to provide great insight. She came in and completed a walk-through with me, and pointed out things I would not have considered otherwise. Throughout the process she kept me informed on the progress and provided great feedback based on the local market. She explained things in a way I could understand which helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. She made herself available to answer a question or just give me a quick status on the sale. I definitely plan to use her for any future real estate needs, and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a real estate professional.
