They found a great selection of homes and helped us negotiate for an extremely good price on the home we purchased. Not only that, but on the day of closing he coordinated a final walk-thru. This revealed that a pipe had been broken by a contractor, leaving water spilling in the crawlspace. The seller winterized the home without informing us, which led to this incident. Jeff and his team negotiated with the seller to pay for repairing the pipe that very day. We were move-in ready immediately thanks to Jeff's expertise.
