He was great at helping to shape our plans for renovation, and even STILL continues to give great advice on the remodel (even though we closed on our home last month). Steven is a great asset to have trying to sell your old home and when when searching for your new home! He met with us prior to searching for properties to learn more about our needs and wants and even mentioned things we hadn't thought of! He also provided us with recommendations/suggestions to assist in selling our current home even though he wasn't our selling agent. <br/><br/>Steven provided us with over 15 properties to consider and also made appointments to see homes we found ourselves. He offered great insight when considering homes and steered us away from homes that wouldn't be a smart investment. Steven does his homework and is very familiar with the area (shopping, schools, etc). <br/><br/>Steven was able to find us a home located in a neighborhood that we love but didn't think we could get into. Steven was quick with negations and contract generations. He was available at all times until the papers were signed! <br/><br/>My husband and I both highly recommend Steven!
