We knew Jill, personally, before she became our realtor, so we already knew our personalities would match - however, if you don't know her, once you meet her, you will feel like you've known her for years. She's a great listener, gets to know her clients up front in order to meet their needs, and works fast to find you the best fit in a home. She knows East Cobb and its' surrounding area very well, as a resident, and her knowledge is key when it comes to location. We would highly recommend!

Octavius was an absolute joy to work with during our first home buying experience. He not only educated but guided us step by step throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable and if for some reason he wasn’t sure of the answer, he would inquire and get back to us asap. He definitely made the process painless. Octavius looks out for his clients and has their best interests at heart.
