Kathleen worked with me via the mortgage company and the sellers because the financing stalled after the nonexistent mortgage broker left the company. We had to negotiate with sellers that the financial package would be completed in 2 weeks and Kathleen worked with me by calling the Internet Company and pushing the paperwork. I have referred friends, colleagues to Kathleen in the purchase of a new home, or reselling and purchasing a new home.
