Once we found the home we wanted she took her time in walking through all the details in making an offer while offering her professional advice on how to make sure it was competitive. The sellers countered our first offer, after which Tisa asked me “is this your home? Is this the house you want to raise your family in” I said yes and she did her magic and after a few tweaks to the contract they accepted and it was ours.
