Buying a home for the first time can be a whirlwind- especially when done from halfway across the country- but Jermaine’s own personal knowledge of military PCS season meant we could trust that by the time we moved everything would be squared away so all we had to do was show up at closing. She immediately started working to get our house on the market. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with the all the updates we needed to make. She had our house under contract in under a month. Upon closing Hurricane Helene hit, knocking out communication. Some how she was able to maintain communication and ensured we closed a week later. We were very nervous buying a house without seeing it in person. We moved from halfway across the country and couldn’t make it to look in person and Tammy made the process seamless and easy for us!
