I accepted a job in Griffin, GA, and planned to purchase a home in the area. Mr. Johnson came very highly recommended by a close family friend and he quickly responded to our first contact. Because we were unfamiliar with the area, we provided him information on our "must-haves" and general preferences. He listened intently, researched properties and provided us options that met many of the items on our "wish list." In addition, when we sent him prospects that we found on the internet, he took time to visit the property and give us frank feedback on whether it truly appeared to be a good option so that we could avoid making the 2 1/2 hour trip (one-way) only to be disappointed upon arrival. We were well into the process before we realized that he was driving an hour (one-way) himself to do this for us. Mr. Johnson remained positive and encouraging through failed offers until we found, and purchased, the home that was just what we wanted and needed. I have already recommended Mr. Johnson to a member of my family and will continue to do so to anyone that I find is looking for a real estate professional that will go above and beyond the call of duty to provide EXCELLENT service.

Ricky was SO AMAZING! Just a backstory of my journey of looking for a house. I started with one realtor, and the realtor was ok but then I was introduced to Ricky, and from day one he was amazing! All my needs, all my wants in a house he really took into consideration of those, and really took me under his wing, and taught me a lot of things! every question that I had, he answered it, and if he couldn’t, he went and found the answer for me! This man is all that, and a bag of chips! The moment I switched over to him and his team, it was all a true, extraordinary experience!! if you are looking for a realtor, that can get you what you want that can get you what you need Ricky is the guy for the job!!!
