I accepted a job in Griffin, GA, and planned to purchase a home in the area. Mr. Johnson came very highly recommended by a close family friend and he quickly responded to our first contact. Because we were unfamiliar with the area, we provided him information on our "must-haves" and general preferences. He listened intently, researched properties and provided us options that met many of the items on our "wish list." In addition, when we sent him prospects that we found on the internet, he took time to visit the property and give us frank feedback on whether it truly appeared to be a good option so that we could avoid making the 2 1/2 hour trip (one-way) only to be disappointed upon arrival. We were well into the process before we realized that he was driving an hour (one-way) himself to do this for us. Mr. Johnson remained positive and encouraging through failed offers until we found, and purchased, the home that was just what we wanted and needed. I have already recommended Mr. Johnson to a member of my family and will continue to do so to anyone that I find is looking for a real estate professional that will go above and beyond the call of duty to provide EXCELLENT service.
