Having Ashley as our agent was the best part of buying our dream home and selling our old house. She has a special way of negotiating contract because she was able to get us into contract the next morning. She made sure that every process was timely and prompt. At a point, we felt that we were only clients as she treated us as such. She answered our phone calls and questions. She made the process east. She coordinated with our lender to ensure that closing went as planned and will update us when needed. The best part is that she checked in on us after closing. I will recommend her a zillion times.
