Derek is an excellent realtor. We are out of State clients, and Derek went above and beyond the Call of Duty to send us videos of different properties, and keep us abreast of property availability, so that we were able to make the best choice. He utilized his market knowledge and great negotiation skills to get us a deal with which we are satisfied. At all times Derek was extremely professional in how he handled the process from beginning to end. Derek is a top tier realtor and human being, and we were blessed to have worked with him.
