Susan worked with me every step of the way through a challenging sale - out of state and the property was part of an estate. She was very personable, responsive and professional throughout the entire process. She regularly went the extra mile - including monitoring the quality and completion of repairs, and taking receipt of a replacement cook top and getting it to the property to ensure we stayed on schedule for closing. I would not hesitate to recommend her to represent any buyer.

Richard was referred to me by a friend whom he also helped buy a home for. From the beginning Richard was very responsive and opening to looking at a wide range of properties. Ultimately, I put my trust in him to negotiate a fair price on my behalf, which I believe he went above and beyond to do. All of which lead to a successful real estate transaction with me being the most satisfied. Thanks Richard! I look forward to finding my next place together. ~Johnny

I live in New Delhi, India and in order to find the right home for my family Blair Smith had to be my eyes and feet for many weeks. After a few short emails and phone calls I had complete trust in Blair. He was a architectural designer for many years and that helped in providing ideas for renovations to the condo we ultimately purchased in Decatur. Beyond his understanding of the building trade he and his wife KNOW the market. He is with one of the oldest and most trusted real estate firms in Atlanta and after some research on my part I found he is key agent for many out of staters who, like me, are willing to trust his judgement and buy property sight unseen. I had to ask Blair to do many things that went beyond the call of duty since I was not there to do anything myself. He made videos, saw every property I inquired about promptly and even made quick cad cam dimensional layouts so my wife knew just what size furniture would fit. When I thought the home inspection fee was too high he found a trusted company that saved me $150.00. When the home owners had some utilities shut off on the day of the inspection he rescheduled and personally supervised a 2nd inspection at no extra cost. We could not have been more pleased with Mr Smith and his firm, we were lucky to have stumbled on him at Zillow. John Kleinhenz HS Teacher American Embassy School New Delhi, India
