My husband and I decided to sell our house this year after purchasing a property to be our forever home. Not only were we swamped with the task of selling our current and carrying two mortgages but we were considering selling by owner and did not know all of the ends and outs of this process. Our home looked so beautiful and she was with us every step of the way. We got a great offer the first weekend our house was on the market and we even closed early on the house. Thankfully the closing was super painless and all parties were happy. I was very pleased to go with my instincts and choose Kenia. She’s truly unique, smart, knowledgeable, warm and friendly.
