Jill was very responsive, always open to check out a house on short notice or contact a seller to get more information. She is completely honest and trustworthy, always providing candid answers. If there was an aspect of a home she found concerning, she did not hesitate to let us know, which I found very helpful. She provided excellent advice in negotiating, helping us to make an offer that was appealing to the seller while securing a great deal for us.
