Let me qualify that this is our 7th time working with a realtor to buy/sell our home. We know what an expert agent is when we work with one. We brought our lovely home in 2021-22 during the pandemic from Seattle, flying in a couple of times. We were in very tricky situations involving high-risk negotiations and legal actions. She stuck to the truth and never once buckled under pressure from peers /others in the industry. She stands by her word and code of ethics. This is a rare quality to find people these days. We felt supported during the entire process. She is FAIR and HONEST. 2) She is an expert in the Atlanta & more significant Atlanta areas. Since we flew in for house hunting trips, approx 6hrs flight times, we wanted to make the most out of our trips. Diana was always well prepared and communicated very well. During all our visits, she was prompt on time and had a detailed house-hunting plan. Before visiting a home, she investigated sellers' motivations and timelines and matched our criteria. She wanted to ensure we were NOT rushed into a house that was not right for us. After two months, when we did not get the home of our choice, we felt the time pressure as our kids needed to start school on time. She had come prepared, having explored temporary rentals in our preferred school district. 3)She is an expert in negotiations, always has the best interest of her clients, and is NOT motivated by commissions. Not only did she stand up for us in challenging times, which involved getting into tricky situations with contracts, but there were two specific examples when we were willing to go out on a limb to get a home in the heated market. In both instances, Diana flagged her concerns. She chose to protect our interests over the ease of making commissions.
