He took the time to understand what we wanted, stayed in touch when the first couple of opportunities fell through and helped us through the final purchase, complete with contractor recommendations and consultation with our decorator (our daughter!) Would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying a property!

We found Amanda when I posted on a Facebook page about needing an agent. We were long distance, so it’s a little harder when you don’t know anyone in the area. What a blessing to have found Amanda! She is excellent at what she does – she knows all the ways today to check out the property you’re interested in, and goes above and beyond to get you the information you need. She is patient and caring, and always willing to show you however many houses it takes until you find the perfect house. We trusted her so much that we put a bid on a house that we never saw in person! But she did a video walk-through, and she knew what we were looking for, so when we saw it in person fell in love with it. I cannot say enough good things about Amanda – she is just the best!
