I made it clear in my initial call to Jessica's office that I had no intention of listing our home right away. Jessica's office and social media manager, Sydney, assured me that wasn't a problem and that Jessica would be glad to visit our home and discuss how we might go forward with selling on our own and, possibly listing in a few weeks. I also made it clear that I would talk to several realtors before making any decision to list. We agreed on a day and time for Jessica to meet at our home. We walked her through our home and into the property. Finally, we sat down at the dining room table. Jessica's professionalism and honesty shone through immediately after we introduced ourselves. It was becoming clear as we walked the home and property and talked about how she would market our home that she was the perfect fit for us. The home was listed on the following Tuesday and we had our first showing that afternoon. By lunchtime on Wednesday, we had a full price offer!
