Cheryl was our agent that became a great friend! She is personable and very knowledgeable in what she does. She was on top of everything and reacted to any issues or questions that came up during the sale of our home. We thought some of the recommendations for preparing the house to go on the market was sort of crazy but guess what she's the expert and knows what she's talking about, it worked!!
