Denise Kinzler is one of the most effective Real Estate professionals we have ever worked with. She promptly answers any text or call one has and comes up with a solution almost right away. Her knowledge about the field of real estate as well as homeownership is remarkable. We asked Denise to help us with narrowing down our home search and when we were finally between two homes to choose from she offered common sense suggestions that made our choice clear. For instance, in comparing the final two homes Denise made a good point about the Sellers’ upkeep of the houses that we did not notice. Denise is very detail-oriented and on top of the situation. And additionally, she is so pleasant to work with and always available.
