We were assigned to Max through my new employer's partnered relocation company, and we could not have been randomly paired with a better realtor. With us not being familiar with the area to begin with, Max was able to quickly and effectively work out our desired qualities in a home and the area it would be in, and began suggesting properties to look at. We went under contract on an initial property, but unfortunately the inspection came back with some major issues we did not want to proceed with, and Max helped us every step of the way with clear communication. Once we found the perfect property, he professionally handled every step up through closing without hiccups. Max, thank you so much for your hard work and dedication and especially the gift you gave us at closing. We cannot wait to visit the park! We wish you the best in your successes because you really earned this one! I will be recommending you to everyone I can. -Dylan

I've used Evan 3 other times to buy & sell real estate. Evan is always one step ahead of me in the process and anticipates what is coming. I'm a Type A all the way, and Evan ensures I have information early & often. Gold star. When it comes to buying and selling, Evan is great at managing not only me, but the other agent involved. No surprises is what I think of when I think of Evan. When it comes to real estate, trust Evan to make it great for you.

I never expected a real estate agent to care so much about his clients. Robert made us feel as though he had a genuine interest in looking after us like family. There were aspects of the negotiation I didn’t know to ask about, but Robert took the time to explain our options and offer thoughtful advice. His honesty and integrity are clear, and it’s wonderful to see that his whole team shares his same values. He was also quick to respond to my questions and investigate anything he didn’t immediately know. When I was overwhelmed with work and couldn’t attend the pre-closing walkthrough, Robert went and completed it on his own to make sure everything was in order. That really showed his commitment to representing us. Robert’s professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care are exceptional. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. If you’re looking for a real estate agent, look no further—you’ve found the one!
