Tonda recently helped us with the sale of a lot. We do not live in the area and so we relied heavily on Tonda's expertise and advice. She was excellent. She communicated often and let us know what was happened. When we had multiple offers she helped us determine which was best. Along the way she went above and beyond helping us get to closing.

Michael was the realtor we contacted when we were interested in the property that we ultimately purchased. He was very responsive and our experience with the purchase went very smoothly. So, when we realized that we weren't going to be able to utilize the property and that we needed to sell it, he was the one we called to be our Realtor. He listed the property and within a couple of weeks, we had an offer. We have contacted realtors in the past who either didn't know anything about the property they listed or didn't appear to really be interested in selling it (this was shocking to us!). We were so glad to find the opposite with Michael. He was quick to respond and it's clear that he really wants to help his clients purchase or sell their property. He's not just professional but he's also very personable and a really nice guy. If we were purchasing again, he would be our go-to and we would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a good Realtor.
