I came away from my first meeting with Sarah Jo knowing 2 things: 1. She loves her job 2. She loves people more Sarah Jo is outstanding at what she does. Her resources are impressive, to include drone footage for the beautiful virtual tours she commissions, and her knowledge of the market is reassuring. She's a breath of fresh air in the business..! so much so that I came away with a new (and oft times 'kwer•kee' 😅) friend!

All I can say is that Tonia is amazing!! I was in the beginning process of relocating to the area and my co-worker recommended that I contact Tonia. I was on a tight schedule, and with only having 1 day to look for a house, she was able to get everything aligned and made it possible! I didn't feel pressured and Tonia was able to help me feel at ease during the whole process- beginning to end. She literally took care of everything!! No joke! If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. She really does put her client first and makes sure that she has your interests at the forefront. The thing I appreciated most about her was that she always got back to me in a quick and timely fashion, answering my questions and concerns through my journey as a 1st time home buyer.
