All I can say is that Tonia is amazing!! I was in the beginning process of relocating to the area and my co-worker recommended that I contact Tonia. I was on a tight schedule, and with only having 1 day to look for a house, she was able to get everything aligned and made it possible! I didn't feel pressured and Tonia was able to help me feel at ease during the whole process- beginning to end. She literally took care of everything!! No joke! If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. She really does put her client first and makes sure that she has your interests at the forefront. The thing I appreciated most about her was that she always got back to me in a quick and timely fashion, answering my questions and concerns through my journey as a 1st time home buyer. Thank you, Tonia for EVERYTHING!!
