Sarah helped us buy two houses on Signal Mountain in the same year, and she earned five stars on both. The first was a half-finished build that no lender would write a construction loan against — and partway through negotiating, the property was repossessed. Most agents would have moved on. Sarah tracked down the new owner, reopened the deal, and got it done. We own that house because of her. The second was an all-cash purchase with out-of-state sellers. She ran it just as tightly: she got the sellers to repair the HVAC and a structural issue before closing, at their expense, and stayed on top of the paperwork, the title company, and the deadlines so we didn't have to. Two things stand out. She is always reachable — texts answered nights and weekends, and we never once had to chase her. Bonnie helped my family and I in our home search in 2019. She was fabulous, we couldn’t have had a better realtor.
