Where do I begin, I first met Teresa eight months ago when, I found a listing online that I liked. She met me at the location and showed me the house and advise me of its flaws. For the next month, I reached out to her multiple times to look at some other houses. She told me she had a friend that was selling her house and she thought we would love it. She was correct. At 9 o’clock at night, she drove with us up to the house and showed us the property. This is where it all began. My house was a contingent sale on the other homeowners. Teresa put in unknown amount of painstaking hours between, sending me documents for me to sign (multiple times) to spending hours at an auction trying to figure out what was going on with the contingent property. She put in many more painstaking hours drafting up more paperwork for me to sign. This process went on for six months, but Teresa did not give up on me. She kept pushing through with a positive attitude and assuring me that she will make it happen. Even on the day of our closing, I had to throw her one last curve ball and what did she do? She hit it out of the park. I can now say she is more than a realtor to me, I do consider her one of my friends. I hope this review gets out to people so they can also see how awesome of a person Teresa is. Update after closing, to show you that she cares about you more then any other realtor does, she bought us a custom door mat with our last name on it and flowers to plant. She is just an amazing person!!! Thank you for everything you have done for my fiancé and I.

Has a great knowledge of rabun county and highlands area. Gave us a great tour of the mountains and lakes and definitely knows all the short cuts and back roads. He also has great advice on restaurants and cafes. Nick also knows the trails and took us on a morning sunrise hike on the Appalachian trail and then a sunset walk to rabun balls on the Bartram trail. He loves to trout fishing and knows all the great streams from overflow creek to Coleman river and wildcat creek. He is also an avid boater and took us for a early morning fishing trip on beautiful lake rabun. Then took us on a gorgeous sunset cruise on the pontoon on lake Burton. Works hard to find properties and homes to match his clients needs. He loves golfing and we played 18 @ beautiful skyvalley country club. Hits weak fade, putting is mediocre. Thinks he is Brooke Keopka.

Richard was referred to me by a friend whom he also helped buy a home for. From the beginning Richard was very responsive and opening to looking at a wide range of properties. Ultimately, I put my trust in him to negotiate a fair price on my behalf, which I believe he went above and beyond to do.
