I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.

I really wasn’t sure what to expect, especially the way the market is today, not to mention the world. April was pleasant from the very beginning. It was a bit of a challenge with the 3 hour time difference but April managed not only the sale of my house and who knows how many others but also sadness in her family. We hired Dylan to sell our house. One of parents was dying, and we needed to leave quickly. Dylan handled EVERYTHING. The estate sale. Cleaning out what was left over. Minor repairs. All in addition to the usual stuff. We decided on a price relative to another house in our neighborhood. Given the way the market is slowing down, it didn't sell quickly. We lowered the price once and received a good deal -- about $15k more than what other realtors had quoted us. I would definitely recommend Dylan as a realtor.
