Upon responding to an opportunity outside of Georgia I was faced with having to sell quickly. I thought it appropriate that I give Sheryl the opportunity to sell my home for me, and luckily she was still in the business and available to work with me, this time as a team with Shanna. Once again the process went smoothly with just a few bumps as would be expected in any complex transaction, but the bumps were handled expertly and quickly by both Sheryl and Shanna, even on weekends and late nights. This all happened very quickly and multiple closings were successfully coordinated - what an effort by this team! They stayed with me through the entire process and kept me very well informed.
