Sheryl was my agent when I first moved to Georgia several years ago and sold me my first home. All went smoothly and with her expert guidance I learned much about the process from the buyer's end. Upon responding to an opportunity outside of Georgia I was faced with having to sell quickly. I thought it appropriate that I give Sheryl the opportunity to sell my home for me, and luckily she was still in the business and available to work with me, this time as a team with Shanna. Once again the process went smoothly with just a few bumps as would be expected in any complex transaction, but the bumps were handled expertly and quickly by both Sheryl and Shanna, even on weekends and late nights. This all happened very quickly and multiple closings were successfully coordinated - what an effort by this team! They stayed with me through the entire process and kept me very well informed. I am quite happy with my choice to stick with Sheryl and Shanna, and would highly recommend them.

Sheryl & Shanna were great to deal with. They took the time to find out what we were looking for & what things were important to us. Shanna is very knowledgeable regarding school districts, which they pointed out isn't only a big plus for parents but non-parents alike as that is a big factor in resale value. All in all definitely a positive experience, they are good people who genuinely care about the well being of their clients.
