She did a lot more for me than I ever expected from a Realtor, she is really careful of every single detail. I really appreciated how she was on top of things and how she kept me informed every step of the way and make it a smooth and quick process for us. I really appreciate her hard work and time helping us to find a perfect home.

I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.
