Our family was looking for a "needle in the haystack" type of property. Moving to GA from another state, 14 hours away was also a huge hurdle we were navigating! I knew Paul was who we wanted on our "team" from the first time I spoke to him on the phone! Paul worked tirelessly to find properties for us to look at. He had contacts with administrators in the various counties we were looking in so he could find out exact details we needed to know about a property in question and he educated us in so many ways all throughout our search. Paul did not make empty promises and always followed through with research, and answering our questions. When we finally found the property we were truly interested in, Paul held our hand and counseled us through the negotiation process and the many contingencies we had to place on the sale. Paul went above and beyond in so many ways to help us seal this deal and purchase our forever home! I couldn't be more confident in my recommendation to anyone looking for a realtor who will truly WORK for you to choose Paul Cooke!
