Working with Jessica was nothing less than a wonderful experience! She was very responsive and if she did not know an answer to a question she made sure to get that answer as soon as possible. With the market being very competitive houses were flying off the market left and right but she was able to source a house before it hit the market so we were fortunate enough to not have to feel rushed or stressed about having to deal with other offers on the table. It was a great experience working with her and my husband and I will continue to work with her in the future! Coming from a first time home buyer and having little knowledge in the real estate realm I could not think of a better experience than we had with Jessica!

Unbelievably incredible experience! My mom had to be moved into a personal care very quickly due to health issues. Joe had the home listed immediately and under contract in less than ONE WEEK! He and Stephanie handled all the details from inspections, to cleaning, etc. and were very accommodating and made a very quick and difficult move (during the pandemic) seamless. I would hands down recommend Joe to anyone looking to sell a home!
