Working with Julia Krusac was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Communication & Availability: Julia was exceptionally responsive, consistently taking time on weekends to answer our questions and coordinate community gate access so we never missed an opportunity. Market Knowledge: Her local expertise in Coosawattee River Resort is unmatched. She knows every entrance, river access point, and road nuance, making navigating the resort effortless. She even anticipated upcoming listings that perfectly matched our preferences. Professionalism & Connections: When Navy Federal went unresponsive, Julia stepped in with a local lender recommendation that not only closed the gap but secured us a significantly better rate. Negotiation & Advocacy: Throughout the offer and contract stages, Julia represented our interests with skill and confidence, ensuring every term was handled seamlessly and quickly. We were honestly shocked at how fast and easy the experience was.

Julia helped us buy our family home in Ellijay, GA. We sent her a list of homes and after viewing them all she showed us a listing that had went on the market that day she thought we might like based on our preferences. We fell in love with the home and put in an offer that night and now we've been here for a few months and are so happy. She was super responsive, professional, detailed, personable, and fair. She also recommended a good bank when ours was unresponsive. I can't say enough good things about Julia and her team. If you are buy in or around Ellijay, especially within Coosawattee, Julia is the realtor you want!

Imagine you had a property that you needed to sell, but you needed to sell it for the highest price in the shortest time. 99% of the time, you would need to choose EITHER highest price OR shortest time. "Listing" with Julia Krusac meant my wife and I didn't have to choose. I said "listing" because our vacant lot was never actually listed. All we did was sign a listing agreement, and Julia brought us a buyer the next day. She didn't stop there. Julia also brought us a soil test engineer, an attorney to close the sale, and a home designer for another lot we are developing for sale. As house flippers and landlords in Florida dealing with realtors every day, we are far from easily impressed. Julia, thank you for a rare, 1% of the time experience selling our mountain lot in Coosawattee River Resort. We are anxious for our cabin to be finished so we can list it with you. Wait....do you already have a buyer? 😂
