Nick also knows the trails and took us on a morning sunrise hike on the Appalachian trail and then a sunset walk to rabun balls on the Bartram trail. He loves to trout fishing and knows all the great streams from overflow creek to Coleman river and wildcat creek. He is also an avid boater and took us for a early morning fishing trip on beautiful lake rabun. Then took us on a gorgeous sunset cruise on the pontoon on lake Burton. Works hard to find properties and homes to match his clients needs. He loves golfing and we played 18 @ beautiful skyvalley country club. Hits weak fade, putting is mediocre. Grace was ( is ) just fabulous in helping us find a new home and selling our old home. We had lived in our home 43 years and I had no idea how to go about selling or buying a home. Grace came through with flying colors. She was so knowledgeable about the marketplace and where I didn't think our house would sell right away it's sold in one day with three offers. She helped us through this process as if it was nothing. But to me it was overwhelming. She calmed us down kept us in line and we got it done in record time.
