Most recently as a seller, Nate took full responsibility of the small details which allowed me to focus on other things like my normal day to day routine. I had full transparency with him and his team @ Poss reality throughout the process. Both made it very easy to close this deal. When I was looking for a place I provided a list of needs. He did very well at bringing options to the front to fit those needs. But in particular he suggested a different area I didn’t consider, and I ended up picking the area he suggested because I really liked it. He was very attentive throughout the entire process and stayed in contact with the sellers trying to work with them on my behalf when they became difficult. We had several challenges that we faced but he helped get it through. I’m happy to have worked with him and would use him again.
